Ich komme aus dem Balkan. Ich bezahlte eine Agentur, um mein Diplom Annerkenung zu machen und mich in Deutschland einen Arbeitgeber zu finden, was sie taten. Aber jetzt wollen sie auch, dass ich das unterschreibe, was für mich ziemlich absurd klingt. Könnten sie mich wirklich dazu bringen, 5000 € zu bezahlen, wenn ich irgendwann während meiner Beschäftigung irgendwann krüge?

I don’t see an issue with them offering contracts with such conditions. If you agreed to such a contract I cannot say.

Wouldnt do it. Sounds really bad. If possible and if you need it try to look in your local job offers, but wouldnt do it that way. This condition is crazy bad
I don’t think it’s a legal clause and would be not enforceable. Nonetheless, don’t sign this. It’s definitely very dodgy business practice

Whether it is legally enforceable – either before or after it has gone through courts – I don’t know.
Just don’t go with an agency trying to put you into indentured servitude with so badly written contract clauses.
The way its worded is super bad. If by any means you fail you are supposed to pay. If that would be legally worded it would include a passus about selbstverschuldet.
Dont sign anything that rings an alarmbell.

Yes i think these agencies give you a contract before they start looking for employers, where it says that if they find a job for you, you have to pay a % of your first payment. Could be different now and they expect you to pay each month. Check the contract again. If you dont sign, they dont search for jobs. I would then think you have already signed.
