The whole RU involvement in the Syrian civil war can be classified as a deliberate destabilization of the region with the secondary (if not primary) aim of weaponizing migration.

To be honest, we are sending weapons to Ukraine, so we are basically at some sort of silent war already

sounds like we need another multi hundred billion dollar weapons package for ukraine.
Wont fix the problem permanently but it will give russians another thing to focus on.

At tis point, what evidence do you have that all of these cases connected to Russia. I mean, some of them – sure, but every single one ? Maybe local authorities can just blame all on Russia instead of admitting they have a crime problems ?

This map doesnt make sense at all. 50% of this is sheer speculation. You would need a timeline to see when they attacked which place to figure out the strategy behind the sabotage acts.
