Unlike most of the Bamar-majority rebels in Myanmar, the ABSDF have been fighting the juntas since 1988. One of their allies is the Kachin Independence Army (formed in 1961). In fact, that M320-looking grenade launcher is actually a [Kachin creation](https://www.reddit.com/r/ForgottenWeapons/comments/1ltszuc/more_photos_of_the_kachin_independence_armymade/).
I really enjoy seeing these more static fighting positions in this jungle environment. How they have their trenches and fighting positions dug in pretty well.
