Japanese police? Acting quickly?
We had a stalker in our building. Police did fuck all despite multiple trespassing incidents on camera. (Isn’t trespass a crime in Japan?)
I swear a Japanese person would need to literally murder someone in front of the koban to motivate the police to do their jobs.
Stalker’s family should be notified too
That’s kind of the police to notify stalkers they’re watching them before any charges can be filed.
My daughter had a stalker way back in the 80s. Back then everything was different. Told the police that a guy was bothering her. They didn’t care so I stayed with her in her own university flat for 6 months. The stalking quickly stopped when he turned up at her door and I opened it. I do not condone violence in any way. So just the shock seeing me sent him away. We were lucky
„severe stalking harm“? Simply having a stalker is already severe imo, I can’t leave my house without seeing him, he’s everywhere. I barely leave my house because he’s always THERE.
