He’s in the falling phase of dying. He likely fell and now has to wait until some facial bruise heals until he can appear publicly again. When it does, he’ll appear with a lot of spectacle to the delight of his lemming supporters.
The speculation strikes me as sort of ridiculous. You’ll know something is really wrong when he no longer golfs. For a guy who doesn’t exercise because he thinks he’s a battery he’s never been able to give it up. So that will be a sure sign something is very wrong.

I just talked with my sister (a doctor) and she thinks he’s had a stroke severe enough to have significant speech and motor effects but (unfortunately) not serious enough to end it all. She said he’s likely not dying but she suspects he’s unable to speak clearly or walk steadily (to the extant he’s ever been able to do those things) and they’re hiding it hoping he’ll recover quickly (unlikely at his age). FWIW.
The best karma for Biden will be Trump dying before him.
