I know a guy who died around this time from hiv and was a hemophiliac who got a bad transfusion… or at least that was the explanation I got
RIP Ryan White. You young ones should look him up. He contracted AIDS from his hemophilac blood factor and went through literal hell before he passed away in 1990.
Less a conspiracy and more just standard business practices under capitalism where directors are immune from prosecution and fines are just a cost of business. When your entire economy is built on perpetual growth the only thing that matters is profits.
