People say these guys are too fringe to ever get in power, but Komeito is losing seats and the LDP can’t get a majority government with them. I can easily see a situation where the LDP needs to form a coalition with another party to get past the post, and the more natural fit for them is the emerging even further right wing parties.
If that happens, not only will Sanseito have more influence over the government, but also constitutional revision could become more likely. Komeito held the LDP back from the most radical proposed revisions. Sanseito and similar parties won’t have the same qualms.

To anyone that thinks that this doesn’t affect them because Sanseito is only against refugees and not against skilled immigrants (most of the foreigners in this sub are skilled immigrants):
Sanseito wants foreigners to pay 3x the tax that Japanese people pay. For some reason, they are under the assumption that foreigners take up all the welfare and benefits and get free healthcare without paying tax, which is just not true… all of us foreigner residents pay as much, if not more tax than Japanese citizens.
