      Best Ally would either be France or Spain because its a co-principality, but i would lean more towards Spain as its more similar culturally, and the worst enemy maybe Russia or China, or any other country on which europe has a bad perception of.

      Best ally undoubtly the catalans. We are the same people, yet we respect and have no business in wanting that Andorra becomes subjugated or joined with the other catalans.

      We allow free travel, same coin, share public services, university, etc. a true example of what collaboration between countries should be. Also Andorra, because its a state, can defend some interests of catalans such as our language.

      Their worst enemy? probably the countries that forced it to stop beign a tax evasion paradise hahahah.

      I guess, not even Russia or China. AFAIK Andorra has a good visa policy for russia and i dont know if andorra did even do something about the war in ukraine
