In that sub you can only say bullshit, if you say something really interesting they put a spoke in the wheels … That sub should be closed, it is colluding with something.

Not perfect solution, but you can block the bots as they are “users”: hive-protect (this one does report to mods when a user blocks it), saferbot, safestbot,safe bot, saferbot2, purge-user, banhammerapp, evasion-guard, MAGIC_EYE_BOT, repostsleuthbot. Can block those users, but a mod can still ban you manually.

Had this happen to me
I joined a simple sub that had news. Never commented or posted. I got banned after 3 days for that same reason .It’s this sub right here that has caused this (at least back then). Some people are just fucking edgy
I got banned from that sub long ago for some incredibly benign comment. I think it was complaining the sub was too political. Mods instantly muted me too…
Reddit needs a fair appeal process or it will be cooked in a few years.

One of the uber mods took over. You can block their bots but then they ban you for blocking the bots.

I got banned for talking shit about that squirrel that attacked that dog/man on his deck. Like I had something negative to say about an asshole squirrel and I hurt someone’s feelings hahaa.
The same thing happened to me for commenting „Source?“ on a sub I’m not even a part of. They demanded I delete my comment and come back and tell them I did so to have the ban lifted. I told them to fuck off and make it permanent. I’ve lived over 50 years without that sub reddit and I’m certain I’ll make it the rest of my life without it.
It’s interesting. I’ve never been banned from any other sub because of this one.
