Rigging is suggesting he is doing something secretly to change the outcome of the midterms. He is just trying to take home the W and he is not hiding it. This article reads like a pissed off teenager wrote it after their parents told them to stfu with their crying.
Then what’s the point of having mid terms at all as if Trump is completely missing the point of it?

I give it about a 50% chance that there will be an election. Understand, these people will do anything to maintain their power, anything. It could come as a „national security“ ruse or claiming the election was „rigged“, or possibly just an outright power grab which could work given the feckless Congress and SCOTUS … I don’t know how many Americans have noticed, but America is now an authoritarian country.
So I am worried about disenfranchisement, and understand that the right wing media sphere will keep about 20% of Americans brainwashed in an alternate world regardless of facts presented in reality.
But unless they physically rig the vote I just can’t see them actually getting enough votes for gerrymandering to actually matter. Americans hate inflation and by midterms our economy is going to be in a recession. We just hit highest layoffs since covid. Buckle up.
I wonder if potentially sending National Guard troops to majority Democratic cities is as much about setting up voter suppression mechanisms as it is about performative “anti-crime” political theater?

Nothing to worry about. The constitution gives enough power to the other branches of government to prevent an autocracy. The constitution guarantees rights to citizens. Go back to sleep stupid motherfuckers.
