We are so cooked, if forever chemicals are getting into eggs it makes me wonder what else they’re getting in and we have absolutely no idea they’re there.
Scary stuff, and when they mention the word „Forever“ chemicals instead of toxic it only makes it so much more terrifying.

My comment may be not directly on the subject, but the greek eggs are super strange I found while living in Greece for a while. They.. Kinda shrink? The white almost dissappears in a way when you scramble them. For comparison, the amount of food Id be left with if I scramble two eggs in Bulgaria, in Greece I would have to put 4-5 eggs to achieve. Any idea why such difference?

If interested look up ‚garage feeding‘ of pigs in the US. This is the near intentional feeding of plastic contaminated food waste to livestock that goes into the human food chain.

It’s everywhere where heavy industry is nearby. Rhine-Ruhr, the Blue Banana, Seveso, harbours like Rotterdam/Dordrecht. Once it is airborne, it can go kilometers. And do not forget about pesticides. Why do we wonder more people have IBS etc.
