My impression is they didn’t get what they expected then argued the ‘subtler’ results were still meaningful. It doesn’t seem to give a lot of information about how meaningful or large this change really is – or how much people naturally change over time anyway.
Which is a problem with research in general – null results are ‘bad’ rather than being informative and there tends to be a ‘make something out of it’ when it happens.
He should’ve gone to therapy a long time ago for his childhood trauma. Whatever getting shot at did to his psyche didn’t make him decide to be a better person. He just recently called my governor a slob, so..he wont ever change
