      „A terrible tragedy“, Vance says as he can barely hold in his glee. Vance wants it so bad he can taste it. The only problem is that in comparison to the others around Trump who think they’ll somehow inherit the throne, he’s as helpless as the cow dropped into the velociraptor paddock in „Jurassic Park“. Everything he has depends on Peter Thiel’s good graces.

      This is one of the biggest problems with autocracies – succession.

      Okay, what’s really funny is that if Trump passes way from natural causes, MAGA will have to rationalize that it will be under “mysterious circumstances” because according to the White House, Trump has some health issues but it otherwise the healthiest person to ever be president.

      It would seem kind of weird then that the VP is talking about some “terrible tragedy.” In a mystery show, the most likely suspect is the one who has the most to gain.

      Too bad the MAGA crowd won’t be in a JD Vance worshipping cult. Without Trump, this shit won’t work. JD Vance is literally the opposite of a Trumpian figure. Awkward as hell, no charisma whatsoever, delivers lines like an AI bot and isn’t believable as a „regular guy rural Americans want to have a beer with“.

      They’re stupid if they think they’re just going to pass it on down to JD and the MAGAs will love and follow every word of his like they do Trump, while continuing with business as usual.

      Jesus fucking Christ dude. How hard is it to just say “the president is currently in great health and we have no further comment on it. you all know what the presidential line of succession is, of course we are prepared for any contingency, don’t ask me stupid questions.”

      These people cannot handle themselves the most infuriating part is that all the people still hanging around Trump genuinely suck even just at being politicians.

      You’re never going to convince me that, if Trump dies, Vance isn’t somehow responsible for it. He has a track record when it comes to old dudes dying near him.

      This is a weird thing to just say. Is he admitting that Trump is dying? Why say this otherwise?

      This guy has negative charisma, so the top guy dying is literally the only way he could ever be president. Which has always struck me as odd. Why did Thiel pick Vance as his puppet in government? Was this the best he could come up with? I know Vance is morally malleable with no real convictions, but he’s also icky. Does Thiel not sense the grossness of Vance’s personality?

      Also, Vance has a wife and children who aren’t white. That should piss off the white supremacists.

      So basically, Trump dying removes the cult leader, pisses off the white supremacists, takes away whatever hold Trump has over so many Republicans, and puts a guy with an extremely off-putting personality in office. I think Vance is truly without morals of any kind, but this would still be an upgrade from the current guy.
