It doesn’t mean anything. The administration has already indicated that they have other laws they can use to justify the tariffs, which means they can reapply them and then the courts will take months to rule again. Also the Supreme Court won’t even issue a ruling on the use of this particular law until next spring at the earliest and will allow the tariffs to stay in effect until then. By the time these get rolled back…if they even do…the damage will have already been done. Economic catastrophe is coming and there is nothing to stop it.

Bassent said that they know what they are doing is illegal, but they are using the Trump playbook of delay, delay, delay, and have until January when the Supreme Court would rule on it. This is why they have been rushing to get deals with all the countries, to call it a win before it gets struck down.

The thing that bothers me most, is if the Supreme Court actually stops the tariffs, which I find unlikely at this point.. If this regime can recover a somewhat healthy trade network, the economy will reverse and they’ll be up there talking about how they saved us from collapse and they’ll see a rise in support.
We need those Epstein files to implicate DonOld at this point.

Where is the tariff money going? Even if the tariffs are repealed, what incentives do corporations have to lower prices again?

And much of the big beautiful bill was based on the assumption that Tariffs were going to be,bringing in money. So its all going to crumble

I do a little fist pump every time a judge rules against him. It’s the only thing keeping me sane these days.

Now let’s see them enforce it.

This honestly doesn’t mean anything, especially between potential delaying actions and the more concerning issue of whether this is even enforced.

Nobody here is deluding themselves thinking this is a win, right? The only court that matters anymore is the Supreme Court, and they will say they are in fact legal
