Conservative political consultant Rick Wilson says a “MAGA Hunger Games” is playing out in Washington as President Donald Trump, 79, shows his age.
Wilson said “rumors from the Trumpverse” indicate that Vice President JD Vance is “moving fast” in this shuffling of power behind the scenes, positioning himself to take over the MAGA movement sooner rather than later, according to Wilson’s Substack.

I hope this gets more coverage because the more this is being discussed, the more likely it is that Donald Trump becomes aware of it. Then there’s good odds that he starts firing shots at *everyone* who has their name in the hat, out of anger. Which would just be *delightful* to watch.

I would argue when Vance becomes president, hold off and don’t allow a VP to be nominated until after midterms.
