They may be digitally mapping routes to enhance unmanned vehicle strike capabilities. I can see them doing it in advance of unmanned intercept aircraft.
Yes, because they are preparing for an expanded war on Europe. Trump has expressed interest in having a war during the next presidential election as a reason to not have the election. What i am wondering about is how he will get out of putins‘ way as he attempts to roll over europe. And what side he will put US military on.
