Ich frage mich, ob dies norwegische Tradition Kostüme sind- das Foto wurde in den 1930er Jahren aufgenommen- mein Vater und Onkel, der 1/4 norwegisch war, aber auch in Berlin erzogen wurde.

A google image search shows the exact same jacket on the right as something Serbian or Greek (picture 7 and 8 etc on the slider) [https://www.kerrytaylorauctions.com/auction/lot/lot-499—an-embroidered-purple-velvet-waistcoat-probably-serbian-ottoman-empire-mid-19th-century/?lot=34565&sd=1#](https://www.kerrytaylorauctions.com/auction/lot/lot-499—an-embroidered-purple-velvet-waistcoat-probably-serbian-ottoman-empire-mid-19th-century/?lot=34565&sd=1#)

The same kind of pattern says it is a vintage Romanian school outfit. Either way, it is something from Eastern/South Europe, not Norway.

Since it is so old, it is very hard to say.
They could be some type of «folkedrakt», but in all my searching I could not find any with these types of patterns.
Here is a roughly similar one: https://digitaltmuseum.no/011023130683/troye-med-bukse

So I would say it is not traditional at least.
It could have been bought or even made in Norway, but this was likely more of some nice clothes they had, and not a traditional clothing from that period.

Here is a page from a norwegian museum on norwegian traditional clothing from different regions and of different types:
