Nobody knows the details, but effectly you’re saying „when he did those negotiations in 2019, he did so in a manner that would screw over the frenchspeaking community“

Did he, though? I’m the last person to defend him and the PS, but if I’m not mistaken most of these „Magnette agreed to implement confederalism“ rumours come from N-VA friendly sources. The only thing we know for sure is that the government formation talks between PS and N-VA back then broke down (De Wever blames Bouchez for that tho IIRC).
