Meine 20-jährige Somfy-Markise (8 m breit) steckt vollständig verlängert. Der Motor macht ein Summengeräusch, wenn ich nach oben/nach unten drücke, aber die Markise bewegt sich überhaupt nicht (keine manuelle Kurbeloption). Power Cycling und Drücken der gelben/weißen Limit -Tasten half nicht.
Gibt es einen Notfall, um es selbst zurückzuziehen, oder muss ich auf einen Techniker warten?

I had similar last month. Different brand but same issue. Motor making all the right sounds but no movement. With no manual crank option you’re probably SOL and will need a technician to replace the whole motor or part of it.
I’m no expert, but I’m pretty sure there are better suited subs for this.
