      As of note, No Trial, plus this, means you just legally vanish, no one gets called, no lawyer, not recorded in documents for later in a meaningful way that can be reversed. Good thing you’re an internet dweller and don’t have a tan right? Hope none of your friends are tan.

      Anyone else live through the Sheriff Arpaio years in Arizona? He’s got to be honored to have lived long enough to see his homeboy Donnie take his local „Brown in Public“ methods and make them national. It was illegal when Arpaio did it too but now there may not be any federal judges to stop it.

      The civil rights movement was 60 years ago, and here we are in 2025 straight up undoing all that progress.

      It’s really disheartening to see how long and hard it is to make progress against oppression; while at the same time, once oppressors get power, they take all the progress away.

      So you can’t be considered for a job via DEI policies based on ethnic background

      But you can have your right against unlawful searches and seizures revoked and be arrested based on ethnic background

      Talk about opening Pandora’s Box and loosing demons and evil on the world… and Trump is too stupid to know that what comes around goes around. If SCOTUS takes Trump’s ask at all seriously, they may well be lighting the fire that burns down anything and everything this country ever did right.

      Just think about it… The United States Supreme Court is really going to (seriously?) consider opening a legal door which would, if they allow this insane mental aberration to succeed, enable the future arrest of ***anyone who happens to look like they might possibly be*** …

      It’s not even just what you look like. Read the article. They’re arresting people for speaking Spanish. *They are arresting people for speaking in a different language.*

      Theres about half a million undocumented people from Europe living in the US right now. You never see those guys getting arrested.

      Stephen Miller is the architect behind this cruel deportation scheme and he’s a racist white nationalist so we know what this is really about.

      So they will probably allow it and the many racist Americans will be happy with the outcome.

      Sanctioning the right to arrest based on ethnicity, race, color, etc.? Fascism isn’t just here. It’s growing like mushrooms under the floor boards.

      Biased based policing is illegal because it fucks with people’s constitutional rights.

      I have ZERO faith in our present SCOTUS to keep this precedent. But, I will say we have a large population of black officers. What if one day one of them decides to arrest or fuck with a white person purely based on their race? Will conservatives finally learn that racism bad when it affects them?
