Gaza had 36 hospitals. On area, that’s 3 times more hospitals than the global average, yet they have 3 times less hospital beds.
Gaza has built hospitals as shelters to hide military ops under because they want to create a dilemma.
Either you hit hospitals and take out our terrorist facilities and it makes for anti-israel headlines
Or you don’t hit hospitals and the terrorist facilities remain in tact

From Hebrew unofficial reports it seems that what happened is that a unit got authorization to disable a camera on the hospital using a quadcopter. The unit instead chose to fire 2 tank rounds… which is obviously an idiotic thing to do.
Israel is undefeated when it comes to the lengths it will go to stop journalists from documenting their war crimes.
Surely there were secret hamanazi tunnels underneath, numbering millions.
