Es tut mir wirklich leid, dass dies nicht das richtige Sub ist, um dies zu posten, aber ich wusste nicht, wo ich es posten sollte. Das Beste, was ich finden konnte, war das DHL -Sub, aber das stammt nicht von DHL (ich denke?)
Der Verkäufer hat meinen Ebay -Kauf verschifft, von Deutschland nach Italien, woher ich komme. Heute ist der 6. Arbeitstag und das Paket hat Deutschland nicht einmal verlassen! Es ist, als hätten sie es einfach registriert und anhalten, ich glaube nicht "akzeptiert" Phase)
Muss ich mir Sorgen machen oder ist das der normale Standard? Ich habe versucht, sie zu kontaktieren, aber ich kann nicht Deutsch sprechen (duh) und als ich versuchte, ein Ermittlungs -Ticket zu eröffnen, konnte ich es nicht einreichen, weil es mich den geschätzten Liefertermin gefragt habe (ich habe keine), habe ich versucht, einige Zufallsnummern auszuwählen, aber es hat mich nicht weitermachen 😕
Der Verkäufer ist nicht der Beste und ich denke, er wird nur etwas tun, wenn es nach einer Woche immer noch so ist. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, selbst weil ich den 8. August gekauft habe und nach so viel Zeit immer noch so 🙁

Not necessarily normal but hey it’s 6 days not 60. Wait a week and bug the seller to ask DHL or Deutsche Post or whatever. Probably it will arrive soon.
Also, often it’s just some tracking issue. It’s mildly annoying but a few days delay can happen due to any kind of issue.
I also forgot the term in German but you can call their hotline and tell them it‘s been taking too long and they will try to speed the process up (at least works in Germany)

The tracking does not necessarily update while it is on transit.
I believe the parcel is is waiting for transit to Italy.

Although i must admit that 7 days for a shipment to Italy is a bit long.
Asking DHL/Deutsche Post costumer support often doesn’t help, since they just read back the shipping information of the tracking ID you already see. After enough time though you can trigger a ‚Nachforschungsauftrag‘ where DHL/Deutsche Post will look into the parcel more thoroughly.

I think that’s just normal. It’s quite slow with the customs tbh. Usually for intnational packages, they have to gothrough a large hub where they get scanned in customs.
My aunt sent me some documents from Spain to Germany last August 8 through the post. She even paid urgent premium for it (about 38€). The usual delivery for that takes ~5 days max according to Correos.es. It left Spain the same day my aunt sent it… two weeks without any change in my tracking. It took almost 2 weeks before it was scanned in Germany (in my case, Frankfurt IPZ)… That’s about 2 days after my aunt reported it and asked for investigation why I did not have it yet. Received my letter last Saturday only. So most probably, your package is just waiting to be scanned in customs.
I wouldn’t worry too much. If anything, you can ask the sender to report it if tracking doesn’t change within the week.
