Fuck me, what a world of difference rudimentary conscription training would do.
What happen to the Puntland Security Forces. Did they somehow lose their funding and training? Or have the soldiers sold their equipment away like last time. I remember their recruits used to be better equipped with matching uniform and had professional training from former SADF 32 Battalion and EO instructors.
