Went on a tour of Cathal Brugha barracks a few months back. They have a massive print of that photo on the wall and a statue of Collins on the exact spot he is in in that photo.

My great-grandparents were given a visit by the local Cameron Highlanders (due to two of their sons suspected of being in the IRA) and the [commanding officer](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_Higginson) was looking around the house. Seeing two portraits on the mantelpiece, each of a uniformed officer, he pointed at one and asked my great-grandmother if that was her son. She said it was. He then pointed at the second and asked the same question. She said it was.
It wasn’t. It was Michael Collins.
