If you simply trace the source of the shrimp, you will most likely find that a part of the ocean they were harvested from was used to test underwater nuclear bombs.
I bet the source of the shrimp, the location they were harvested, and the timing might suggest they were taken from a spot that recently had a decent sized earthquake.
