      Scared of more impeachments.

The democratic process seems unimportant to the Republican mindset.

    3. Nothing, and I mean *nothing*, says you are leading the people with strong ideas and competent execution like ~~wanting~~ needing a 100 person advantage in The House.

    4. Where the hell is the NRA telling us to fight this tyrannical government? Seriously, this is their whole purpose!

if only everyone voted…yes as past tense fitting the narrative

Shame on every Republican who falls in line to follow this PDFile. May they all get warts on their dicks.

    7. That might not be as great an idea as Trump thinks. The last time the republicans had a hundred seat advantage in the house was the 71st congress in 1929 right before the Great Depression.

PJ O’Roark wasn’t even born then, but his old line about republicans was as apt as ever. They campaign claiming government doesn’t work and when they win, they prove it.

Their supermajority in congress lasted a single term with the next congress basically even, which only got worse for the republicans until the dems got an even bigger supermajority in the 74th congress with 75% of the senate and 74% of the house voting dem.

      >“If we do these TWO things, we will pick up 100 more seats, and the CROOKED game of politics is over,“ he wrote.

That sure sounds like ending democracy to me, which would make Trump a traitor to everything the US has ever stood for.

Well, here we are. The official, stated goal of the Federal Government is to rig the vote to stay in power, denying the will of the people. So long, Democracy. We hardly knew ya.

That seems like something that someone who says they love America but hates American ideals would do.

Cant win on policy, have to cheat at every turn. we need to show them who has the most voters and vote their asses out.

it would be easier to just roll tanks down the streets and declare martial law and install yourself as the God King Emperor

California you need to redirect at least 100 seats. 5 seats will not do with this dildo in office.

If this happens we need to take to the streets. Probably should anyway but this is a redline.

I feel like we used to have some kind of slogan regarding taxation and representation…

I think he sees the house as his path to maintaining power. January 2029- he is made Speaker of the House. The GOP refuses to certify the election and he has his third term.

The thing with heavy gerrymandering is that you have to win a lot of districts by narrow margins. You can lose it all if you misjudge your popularity by some percentage points.

Not that I’m holding my breath, but it would be really funny if their fuckery cost them everything.

    18. I mean how the heck did people not take this lunatic seriously when he said

      > “If you vote for me, you will never have to vote again”

He meant it. This is exactly what they are doing here.

    19. Would be hilarious if the general population in red states are so economically fucked in 2026 that most of their counties still go blue

    20. >If we do these TWO things, we will pick up 100 more seats, and the CROOKED game of politics is over.

Who needs elections when there’s only one party?

I feel like these pieces of shit are saying, „Cool Constitution bro, who’s gonna enforce it?“ Well, it should be the people. The people should be enforcing it. A Robespierre moment, anyone?
