Mein Paket (aus Großbritannien gesendet) steckt seit zwei Wochen ohne Updates im Sortieren. Posti, sagen Sie, es ist der Verschuldung von Absendern und Posti müssen einige Informationen zur Zollerklärung manuell aktualisieren, obwohl ich schon einmal Pakete erhalten habe und der Absender den vollständigen Deklarationsprozess streng durchlaufen habe. Posti kann keine Zeitleiste oder Schätzung geben, ich muss nur warten … super frustrierend.
Hat noch noch jemand die gleiche Erfahrung? Und wie lange mussten Sie schon in ähnlichen Situationen warten?

Mine has been stuck sinne 15.5.
My friend sent me a parcel on May 31st from the UK. It finally got to my house this Monday. I’m sorry, but you’re going to be waiting awhile. Though when I called Posti to complain, apparently that sped things up. They send a notice to the customs office whenever someone calls in to inquire about their stuff.
Sorry in advance. I’ve resorted to just having my friends carry things in their suitcase to me because of how bad the delay is.

You understand Posti doesn’t customs clear?
Tulli do the clearance. Posti, I am led to believe deliver the package after its been cleared.
Unless it’s food, drugs, snus etc you’ll see your package when the customs are ready
