I was wondering about the R&D thing, at one point it seemed like every accountant in the UK was pushing this. It seemed like anyone doing anything vaguely with a computer could get an R&D rebate.
Two years for a trial date shouldn’t be the reality. In all circumstances it should be within 12 months.
