I guarantee you no Iranian would want to live in fucking Belarus over Iran.
Actually I would like to visit Iran, but after that I would need to do even more checks in airports. So no for now.

Iranians have never been a significant group of migrants travelling through Belarus to the EU. And it’s not about visas. They were mainly Syrians, Iraqis and, I think, Afghans. And there is a visa regime for them.
