Constantine was always ripe for a sequel. Absolute fan favourite, incredible source material, plot lines that genuinely warrant more exploration (Gabriel’s fate, Constantine himself, and his relationship with Lucifer) unlike most shitty sequels that try and fail to create drama using the original plot, and it plays perfectly into the kind of actor Keanu Reeves is.

It is so easy to get this one right. Please give me a „Gabriel trying to get into heaven/hell or causing some shit/ending the world, and John Constantine trying to stop her with a new sidekick, whilst trying not to smoke“ movie, with Thora and Keanu, and have my money… have all of our monies.

The only question would be whether or not to kill him off at the end, and send him to heaven or hell. Thoughts?

James Gunn needs to put this thing down and do a proper Constantine in the DCU.
