They look similar in those 2 pictures, but i googled both of them and in other pictures they look nothing alike. The boyfriend has curly hair, the brother has straight hair. The boyfriend was married to a woman for 6 years, the brother is flamboyantly gay. The boyfriend has acting credits dating back to 2012, did they just make those up and CGI him in to the shows and movies to cover it up.
