Yes. For standard B letters. You’ll need 120 for A letters.
In general, no matter how old the poststamps are they are still legal tender for the post office. You just have to put enough value of them on the letter for proper sending / coverage of cost.

Yes. They have a value of 100 Rappen / 1 Franken. Those are not even that old, considering there is an internet address.
Why shouldn’t they be valid? This sujet was introduced last year and you can still buy them… in fact you can’t only „still buy them“, it is still the „standard“ B-Post stamp as of today.
