I mean, yeah, „just following orders“ isn’t a defense to committing crimes.

If you’re considering quitting over this, don’t. Just refuse to carry out instructions that are unethical or illegal. Make them fire you over it, if they can. You’ll get unemployment and at least a chance of restitution/reinstatement if we recover from this.

I hate to say it but i think the vast majority of federal agents are white nationalist and support what is going on. And the new ICE agents being hired are basically being vetted for loyalty to Trump.
Meanwhile, at home prices rise as their families struggle.

Unethical and Immoral is the name of the game for Republicans, as long as they win. And Unconstitutional only matters to those who respect the Constitution and allow it to have authority.
Trump Loyalists are not interested in being moral, ethical, or Constitutional. They are only interested in winning so hard that they can simply declare their behavior to be moral, ethical, and Constitutional.
