Conspiracies are fun, but this is the shit that gets people killed. Refusing a transfusion because of a tweet is absolutely fucking stupid. Sodium citrate is used in blood to prevent clotting while stored.
Your options are to get a transfusion healthcare providers advise you of the risks or die. Pick wisely.
