Die Delegation umfasst neben hochrangenden Kultur-, Wirtschafts- und Handelsbeamten der Außenminister, Parlamentarier, Geschäftsleute und Gouverneure. Es wird erwartet, dass mehrere Dokumente, Memorandums des Verständnisses und Vereinbarungen unterzeichnet werden.
Die Reise wurde auf Einladung von PM Pashinyan unternommen und plant seit einiger Zeit (vor dem Friedensabkommen in den USA). Es ist kein Besuch in Aserbaidschan geplant, da der Präsident morgen nach Belarus geht und China in den kommenden Tagen besuchen soll. Ich werde die wichtigsten Nachrichten aus seiner Reise nach Armenien berichten.
