      Instead of changing existing things to be more diverse, I feel we should focus on more diverse new ideas. A movie can have gadgets, beautiful people in scenic locales with lots of stunts without it being a bond film.

      I absolutely want more diverse movies and characters. But I also abhor the avalanche of hate that comes with changing a white character into POC. Or when a franchise gets a female reboot. The amount of hate the actor or actress gets makes me feel that the studios do this sort of stuff for the buzz and not because they care for diversity.

      Probably, but honestly haven’t wanted to watch a bond movie in a decade so idk how relevant it still is

      I’m less bothered by him being a Man and more the fact that he struts around in a Posh accent – fucking shit up abroad in broad daylight.
