We should have a flag with the Arevakhach in it, just not this clown looking mashup of way too many colors (although I understand you tried to include the tricolor, it just doesn’t work).

I was never a fan of the orange, yellow or the peach color, or whatever you call that, on our flag. Wikipedia describes that color as „orange“, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Armenia but its not orange.
Its just a weird color which doesn’t esthetically rhyme with the rest of colors. Go to Matenadaran and you can’t find that color on any of our manuscripts. The golden color (if you really need the third color on the flag) would have been more fitting there.
While I personally agree that the tricolor we have isn’t the best, I wouldn’t say that this is better. No ofense.
I dislike the simplicity that tricolor flags have and I know it is important for a flag to be simple… but at the same time, when it is **too simple** it is just boring.
One other rule that should be in the „making of flags“ book is that „A flag should look awesome in different states (waving in the air, a picture, represented in any media, etc…)“ and to me our Tricolor doesnt represent it.
I mean, we have had cooler flags in the past and I personally did a post of my own.
But any ways, my main problem with this flag is that it doesn’t fit well the shape with the color palet.
If you take the normal „Western Armenia flag“, bc in the ende this is mainly that but redesigned with different colours, it fits better bc of the palet used.
But that is just my opinion.

Nah, the blue separating the red and orange is what made it work. This ain’t it. Try switching the orange and blue, then make the black emblem white
