The easier it is to immigrate to the US, the lower the median income.
Making the lowest number the same as the water is really silly.

This is based on the median household income of each countries‘ diaspora living in the United States as of 2023.
The highest earning diasporas in the USA are the following:
1. Indian ($152.3k)
2. Taiwanese ($122.9k)
3. Australian ($116.7k)
4. South African ($107.6k)
5. Filipino ($109.1k)
6. Pakistani ($106.3k)
7. Iranian ($105k)
8. Latvian ($104.2k)
9. Chinese ($101.7k)
10. Serbian ($101.6k)
The lowest earning diasporas in the USA are the following:
1. Honduran ($55.3k)
2. Dominican ($56.7k)
3. Iraqi ($57.1k)

One questions what „data is beautiful“ when the data contains an inherent bias.
Maybe this would have been good posted to an American sub, but showing the US in a separate colour scheme as a single data point is not „beautiful data“.
It should be coloured in the same blue scheme and fall into the shade for the countries with $80-89k
