      Famagusta was completely abandoned, no-one knows why up until today. Army divisions were ordered to go there from the Five Finger Mountain front and then they were ordered to retreat immediately by the junta officers. This was played out in many areas, such as in Jaos, kojakaya and Aspri Moutti. They are recorded as saying to their troops that the Turks tricked them by advancing beyond Kyrenia.

      If you watch dark tourist, episode 4, you see the Turkish military monitor the filmmaker as he swims beyond the fence marker ( he’s out at sea). Wtf are they doing in that area that’s so secret?

      550: The UN told countries not to recognize the breakaway part as a separate country. It said don’t let new people move into Varosha. It kept the UN involved to help fix things peacefully.

      787 has to do with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

      edit: UN resolutions for the most part are also not law. Some elements in resolutions might be legally binding, but not the resolutions.

      can you all stfu with the division in the comments wrdgaf cyprus is cyprus it’s for cypriots. how come people understand that kosovo is kosovo but not cyprus is cyprus you can all respectfully shut the fuck up .. both greek and turkish nationalists are insufferable bc they act like cyprus is some pawn in their ego war and erase actual cypriots in the process. it’s always about “our land, our history” but never about the people living there right now. cypriots have their own culture, their own identity and yet y’all keep reducing us to an extension of your flags. it’s colonialism with a different face and it’s exhausting🥱🥱🥱
