Hallo zusammen, ich bin gerade in eine neue Wohnung gezogen. Da mein Internet noch nicht funktioniert, fragte ich meinen Nachbarn, ob meine Frau und ich sein Internet nutzen könnten und war sogar bereit, für die paar Tage Geld zu geben. Am ersten Tag hat es gut funktioniert, aber dann bekomme ich jedes Mal diesen Bildschirm, wenn ich versuche, ein Gerät daran anzuschließen. Hat er unsere Geräte verboten?

That’s usually what happens if you try to access DSL trough a port in the DSLAM (the „Internet switch“ outdoors) that isn’t/wasn’t unlocked/activated by the provider. I don’t see how this could have anything to do with your neighbour. How exactly do you „use his Internet“?
