What does an artificial state mean exactly, all states are artificial if that’s a thing you can say. The Russian Federation was created after the USSR, the USA was created by settlers and uniting states, the Balkan states were made from Yugoslavia, the UK is made of 4 countries, literally every country can be argued to not exist in this way.
