Ultimately we value „planning“, „frameworks“ and blathering about how we are the „saudi arabia of offshore wind“ more than we value actually getting anything delivered. One of the major offshore wind projects is now held up for nearly another year while they respond to yet more planning queries, with no guarantee it will ever be approved.
