Hey, ich habe ein kleines Problem und ich hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann. Vor ungefähr vier Monaten mietete ich einen Meilenwagen, um eine Garderobe zu bewegen. Die Reise dauerte nur ungefähr 20 Minuten und alles verlief reibungslos. Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich jedoch eine E -Mail von Miles, dass ein Unfall der Polizei gemeldet worden sei.
Jetzt, fünf Monate später, habe ich diesen Brief erhalten (siehe Bild). Der Zeit- und Abfahrtsort stimmt genau mit dem überein, was tatsächlich passiert ist, und mit den Details in den Miles Records. Anscheinend habe ich ein anderes Auto beschädigt, während ich umkehrte – aber weder mein Passagier noch ich habe während der Reise etwas bemerkt.
Ich frage mich, ob jemand Erfahrung mit so etwas hat und mir einige Ratschläge geben kann. Sollte ich auf das Aussageformular antworten, oder ist es besser, den Brief unbeantwortet zu lassen?

you ignored some email you received 5 months ago and now you received an official letter because of your ignorance?

well i give you one advice: stop ignoring things! you had time to clear what happened 5 months ago. now it’s an official statement and you have exactly two weeks to sort that out. you should have gotten a lawyer 5 months ago, now you have less than two weeks for that.

As you are the suspect of commiting a crime, you do not have to answer to the letter. You can, however, but everything you write can bei used against you. So I wouldn’t so it.
Time to lawyer up.
