      Workers are clapping back on RTO policies. Unionization is gaining popularity among those subject to a loss of WFH options.

      The birth of unions happened during the industrial revolution, a time when labour was threatened in a way it never was before. I don’t think it’s crazy to think the use of AI is a similar situation.

    3. Employers (like Air Canada) have no reason to bargain in good faith anymore, knowing the government will step in with back to work legislation

    4. I have never met a group of people who complain as much as workers in this country. Give them a job and they are still never grateful.
