Mercenary work is a bizarre occupation. I could understand someone doing PMC gigs like armed security for cargo shipping or something similar where the risk is lower but mercenary work were you’re basically a foot soldier on the frontlines getting in firefights and getting bombed by artillery/drones is something else. Is the money worth it if you dead or missing limbs?
What is the UAE’s goal in Sudan? Do they want access to Sudan’s natural resources or are they just trying to grow their influence in the region.
