The real sanctions.
It’s hard to see due to the large watermark, but it appears to be a fire just in front of the building.
I was wondering at first what the strategical motive would have been for that.

Disrupting production like this doesn’t just hurt their economy it chips away at their ability to build and maintain advanced weapons.
