The corner its pinging on is not the hotel but an apartment block, one corner up from the hotel. You can also ask or call at the convent (st francis convent/school) on the corner since its within the radius.
My friend lost her phone and it wasn’t in the exact location it was saying on the ‚Find My‘ app, but she found it in a nearby bar. Someone had found it handed it in with the barman. I haven’t checked the location you shared, but if there are any establishments close by, better go in and ask.
