Einkommenslücken: Schwarz -Weiß -Männer und Frauen

So… if I’m reading this right. If you overlap the two graphs, black men, white women, and black women are all basically clustered together. While white men make way more across the board?

Now here the part where some assume the cause must be racism, despite the fact this data only shows correlation and not causation

Any data/scientifically backed theories on why this is the case?
