This really matters, because we need to block Trump from doing this across America ASAP.

I’m not going to repeat this every time: enough doomerism.
Make them ignore a ruling. Blitz the courts with lawsuits as fast and hard as we can. Push them to say out loud “we’re just ignoring the Courts and Constitution now”.
If that was trivial to them, they would’ve said it already. They’re fighting for the appearance of legal legitimacy because they actually want it. Don’t let them have it.
If you have no solutions, you only have problems and we have enough of those. You’re not “pointing out reality” that people need to “wake up” to. You’re just being a doomer.
Trump undeniably gave an unlawful order. And troops obeyed the unlawful order. Whether there’s any punishment is doubtful.
All these FAKE emergencies will allow him to continue to do whatever he wants. The Judicial SHOULD be stopping him, but they’re as captured as everything else at the top. All the checks in the system have been systematically captured.
Now they’re moving to capture the apparatuses that analyze and report everything. We’re all going to see some North Korea level propaganda from here, and if they get away with it, we’re done as a country.
The only hope, and I’m deadly serious here, is a sweeping referendum in the midterms next year. If that doesn’t happen, I fear democracy is dead in the USA.
Sorry, America, your courts and the willingness to actually uphold the law by your lawmakers has become a joke of epic proportions. Your courts have no teeth and flagrantly violating the law by your Executive Branch is commonplace now.
Your country is borderline lawless.
There will be no consiquences
So, if the courts deem the order unlawful, what then? Does Trump get arrested? Supreme Court says „no“. So he stays in the White House, unable to be prosecuted, and continues giving illegal orders. Do we charge the personnel who carry out his illegal orders? Then Trump pardons them, en masse, in daily executive orders.
The courts are dead. It doesn’t matter what they do anymore.
That’s cool but the capitol is under martial law. Like right now.
Whether or not this court has any legitimacy (in the eyes of the American Nazis) will depend entirely on whether or not the judge is RepublicanMAGANazi or a Dem.
Sadly that’s where the country is at. Allowing the vocal hyper aggressive minority to dictate to the majority.
Of course he violated it. Now what? We have crickets from Congress, the federal courts and the USSC are all stacked with Trump conservatives. We can’t count on the Supreme Court to uphold the Constitution for anything that Trump does.
