Should be stopped for a few years until housing, healthcare access, wage stagnation, cost of living, standards of living, rising homelessness, and access to resources for actual Canadians is addressed.
We effectively brought over half the state of Punjab in two years and the country’s infrastructure has completely buckled under the pressure.
It’s fine to hit the brakes until we get a handle on things again. Once we ramp up immigration again, a diversity of immigrants would also be appreciated.
